Hilary Clinton makes history again, secured presidential democratic nomination


Hilary Clinton has once again made a record and became the first woman to top the presidential ticket of major US political party.

The count puts Ms. Clinton on 2,383 the number needed to make her the presumptive nominee.

She was the first female nominee for a major US political party.

“It was a big day for Ms. Clinton in Puerto Rico and last minute support of delegates helped her to win the democratic presidential election”, said AP on Monday night.

Ms. Clinton has 1812 pledged delegates won in primaries and caucuses. 571 super delegates supported her, according to Associated Press.

“We are going to fight hard for every single vote, Ms. Clinton said.
