CHENNAI: The Supreme Court has maintained the Patna high court request controlling Hero Ecotech Limited from utilizing "Legend" for bikes.
The Patna region court, in a request dated March 21, 2015, gave the decision that Hero Cycles Limited has select client ship rights over trademark and exchange name "Legend" with or without prefix or postfix for the assembling and offer of bikes and bike segments in India.
