HDFC Ltd will issue bonds worth Rs 500 crore tomorrow to meet long haul capital necessities.
HDFC will issue secured redeemable non-convertible debentures on a private situation premise for a tenor of one-and-a-half years to raise the sum, it said in an administrative documenting.
"The object of the issue is to increase the long haul assets of the Corporation. The returns of the present issue would be used for financing/renegotiating the lodging account business necessities of the Corporation," HDFC said.
The securities would convey coupon rate of 7.7 for each penny for every annum. Load of the organization exchanged 0.09 for every penny lower at Rs 1,383.05 on BSE.
