Haryana Court moved Honeypreet to six-day police remand

Dera Chief Ram Rahim Singh daughter Honeypreet Insan has been detained by Haryana cops two days back. On Wednesday, the court sent her to six days police remand.

Haryana cops detained Honeypreet Insaan on Tuesday near Chandigarh. The police later moved her to the Civil Hospital in Panchkula for the medical test.

During her six day remand, Honeypreet will be investigated on how the plot was decided and her character in provocating the clashes that led to havoc following Gurmeet Ram Rahim’s arrest for rape on August 25.

The cops contradict this by stating the Court that the plan was decided days ahead of August 17. According to the FIR, her advice quarrels that she was charged for the matter on August 25.

Image result for Haryana Court moved Honeypreet to six-day police remand“A meeting was held in the Dera on August 17, after the judgement was reserved,” Commissioner of Police, Panchkula, A S Chawla affirmed. “We have ample evidence that Honeypreet was also present.” It added.

“And that she was privy to what conspired on August 25. It is through her interrogation, that we would make recoveries, including her cell-phone, and nab the other key accused in the case.”

“She initially showed reluctance, but is co-operating in the investigation now,” IG Mamta Singh affirmed.
