Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer-‘Half Girlfriend’ minted a decent amount on its first day of release, however, saw a minimal growth on its second day with gathering just Rs.10.25 crore, reports Boxofficeindia.com.
The first day business is at Rs.10 crore which is only couple of numbers less than its second day collection. The Mohit Suri film, based on Chetan Bhagat’s novel of a same name may see a development in its film industry collection business on Sunday.
The film revolves around the story of Madhav (played by Arjun), a small-town kid from Bihar who comes to Delhi to achieve his dreams, while Shraddha plays a high-society Delhi girl. Love blooms between the two in the most unexpected way.
Meanwhile, Shraddha’s mother Shivangi Kolhapure organised a special screening of her little girl’s motion picture ‘Half Girlfriend’. The proud mother sent out invitations to a couple of dear loved ones to go to the screening on Thursday, eighteenth May.
