Summer season is that moment of the year when the sun is on high supremacy. During this season, our body witnesses several changes. Most of the time, we also face skin and hair loss issues in summers. Here are the tips for you that you must follow during this season:
Do oil massage: Make sure that you apply oil before washing your hair. Take herbal hair oil and massage your scalp for at least 10-15 minutes. Then, immerse your towel in warm water and then enfold your head. Later, wash your hair with chemical less shampoo with lukewarm water. It will help you to reduce dandruff and itchiness.
Use Hair care products: Apply of keratin, panthenol, aloe vera, honey, shea butter, coconut oil on your hair to make it shiny. It will also help to make your hair nourished.
Apply Multani mitti (Fuller’s Earth): In summers, prefer to use multani mitti or Fuller’s Earth on your face as it contains lot of micro nutrients and minerals. It provides cooling effect on the skin, reins hyperpigmentation and clears dust, oil and environmental pollutants. It soaks up dirtness including surplus oil, sweat and dirt from the face. Thus, making it supple, smooth and gorgeous.
Use citrus based products: Orange plays outstanding role on face as it contains rich amount of Vitamin C and carotene. It is a good antioxidant that not only decreases sunburn but also opens skin pores. Furthermore, it decreases excess oil from the face and removes dirt and tanning. All you need to do is, extract orange peel and add some multani mitti to it along with water. Apply on your face for about 15 minutes. Later, wash it with lukewarm water to make our skin soft, clean, tan-free.
Don’t Wash your hair daily: It is said that one must not wash their hair daily. Don’t wash hair frequently as it led to much release of natural oils.
