Hair fall easy solutions!


Fenugreek seeds:

Take one cup of fenufreek seeds and soak them in water for night. Grind them in the morning to make a paste. Put that paste in hair for about 40 min then wash your hair. Do it for about 1 month- fenugreek seeds in a cup of water and soak overnight. Do it for 1 month.

Research: Fenugreek is a hormone known as “anticedents”, which helps build Folikals hair and makes hair strong. Fenugreek contains protein and nicotinic acid, which can accelerate hair growth.

Onion :

Massage your scalp with 1 onion juice and fash it after 30 minute.

Mix 3 table spoon of onion juice with 2 table spoon of aloe vera gel and 1 table spoon of olive oil.  Put that mixture in your hair and wash it after 30 minutes.

Boil beetroot leaves and grind them with henna to make a paste. put that for about 15-20 minutes in hair, then wash it. Do it 3-4 times in a week.

Add Beetroot juice to your diet. Add carrot and spinach juice in your diet as well.

Research: Flaxsseeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are helpful in hair fall, preventing hair growth.

Coconut Milk:

Massage your scalp with coconut milk and wash it after 20 minutes.

You can add black pepper powder or Fenugreek powder to it

Research– coconut milk is rich in protein and essential fats, which hardens the hair by reducing hair loss.
