Cream – 200 mL
Icing Sugar – 1/4
Vanilla extract – one spoon
Wash guava properly and let it dry. Cut them into four or five pieces without peeling. After this, blend it in a mixer.
Take out this mixture in a bowl and put it in the fridge for about 2-4 hours.
When you are ready to serve, then remove the cream from fridge and stir it well until it starts blooming.
After this, add vanilla extract and icing sugar to it. You can also use any other flavor instead of vanilla.
Now add this mixture in guava puree. Guava ice cream is ready. Serve it.Rajasthan Tourism App - Welcomes to the land of Sun, Sand and adventures
