250 gm ground,minced lamb
2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 handful chopped thyme
1/2 teaspoon crushed to paste garlic
2 pinches salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed to paste ginger
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Mix the garam masala powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper oil and thyme in a bowl. Add the minced lamb and mix well. Allow it to marinate for 6-10 hours.
- Take a grill pan. Add oil in it. Shape the marinated lamb mixture in the form of cutlets and fry on low flame. Cover it with a lid so that the meat is well cooked. Flip and cook the other side till done. Remove from fire and place on an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with green chutney and onion rings or with the salad of your choice.
