Green Peas Pan Cake Recipe

Ingredients

Green peas – 2 cups boiled
Rice flour – half cup
Besan – half cup

Sooji Ke Ladoo

Turmeric – half a spoon
Eno- half a spoon
salt to taste

Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Tomatoes- half cup
Carrot- half cup wasted
Green Chillies – 2 Tablespoons
Paneer – 4 Tablespoons

Method –

To make a green pea pancake, first make boiled paste and mix rice flour, gram flour, turmeric, green chillies, salt and broth in it.

Heat a non stick pan, add oil in it. Now add one spoon mixture on the pan and make small pan cakes.

Turn them around and compress them from both sides. Peas are ready to make pancakes, serve them with a sauce or green chili sauce. You can also eat them with tea.
