Google Pixel 2 smartphone may include Snapdragon 836 SoC


US Tech giant Google is all set to unveil Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2 smartphones in the markets soon. The handset will include bezel-less design just like LG G6 smartphone. It includes “Always On display” mode, and “squeezable” frames  like HTC U11 smartphone.  The latest reports revealed that the handset will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 836 SoCs.

Google’s smartphone Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2 is likely to include bezel-less design. Apart from it, other handsets including  Samsung’s Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8+ and Apple’s iPhone 8 will include bezel-less design. The handset will be powered by Snapdragon 835 SoC processor, as per Android Headlines.

The cellphone will be powered by Snapdragon 836 SoC, eight Kryo 280 cores clocked at a maximum frequency of 2.45GHz, Adreno 540 GPU.

In June, the reports disclosed that the Samsung’s Galaxy Note 8 smartphone will include  Snapdragon 836 SoC. Also, seeing as how the Galaxy Note 8 is likely be disclosed in front of the Google Pixel 2, it will be fascinating to see whether Google for sure has dibs on the Snapdragon 836 chips. Outstandingly, Samsung’s Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ were the first to accompany Snapdragon 835 SoCs, so the probability of Galaxy Note 8 getting the best of Google with the Snapdragon 836 is substantially higher.
