Besan – 100 gms
Cabbage – 200 gms
Red chili – half a spoon
Coriander Powder – half a spoon
Green Coriander – Half a Cup Cut
Green Chilli – Half Cup Finely Chopped
Salt to taste
First, add salt, red chilli green chillies, coriander powder and green coriander in the gram flour and add water to it and prepare a thick paste.
Chop the cauliflower and wash it. Now put the embroidery on the gas and heat the oil in it, when the oil becomes hot, then wrap each piece of cabbage in the gram flour and put it in the oil.
Turn them apart when they are light green, then remove them in a plate. Cauliflower pakodas are ready, serve them with green chili sauce or sauce.
