South Korean smartphone maker Samsung is ready to launch Galaxy Note 8 on August 23 in New York City at an event. The date was revealed on tipster Roland Quandt. It disclosed that the upcoming handset would come up in three colour variants.
The smartphone will be made available for the users in black, orchid grey, and new deep blue colour variants.
Talking about its specifications, the handset would boast a 6.3in dual-curved edge Super AMOLED Infinity Display with Quad HD+ resolution (1440 x 2960 pixels). The cellphone might be similar to Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+. It would comprise of octa-core Snapdragon 835 processor chipset.
The cellphone includes 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and it might go on sale in 64GB and 128GB variants. Galaxy Note 8 involves 12MP dual rear camera setup that comes with independent optical image stabilisation and Dual Pixel autofocus system. On the front, it includes 8MP camera to take selfies.
Galaxy Note 8 has 3,300mAh battery, enhanced S-Pen with innovatory specifications including the facility to pin handwritten notes to the Always-on display.
Samsung Galaxy Note 8 includes a price tag of around $1,000 in the Korean market, on the other hand, the smartphone has $100 price in other markets.
