New Delhi: The dense fog in New Delhi badly affected the Flight operations of the city in the morning. A thick blanket of the fog surrounded Delhi city on Thursday. Nearly four domestic flights were rerouted in the morning.
A minimum temperature of the city is reported 12 degree Celsius.
The reports revealed that more than 60 flights were affected at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport on Wednesday and Thursday.
More than 40 flights were deferred, around 15 were rerouted and one was cancelled due to the lack of visibility.
According to Central Pollution Control Board, the air quality index of Delhi city lies in the 'severe' category which may lead to health problems among people.
