FIR filed against ex-directors of Univ Five Year Law College


The anti-corruption bureau (ACB) on Thursday enlisted a case of affirmed misappropriation of assets of about Rs 1.42 crore against the faculty of University Five Year Law College amid the 2008-2013 period, including three directors, one joint director, cashier and other employees, among others.

The stealing was done for the sake of paying honorarium to guest faculty for the five-year integrated course amid 2008-2013.

The ACB has filed an case of abuse of office under fitting sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act and criminal conspiracy against authorities in control amid the period.
