Gram flour – 2 cups
Celery Powder – Spoon
Chilli powder – spoon
Green Chili – 4 to 5
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Take a vessel and mix gram powder, celery powder and chili powder in it. After this add water, salt and baking soda. Prepare the flour of this mixture.
After half an hour then mix two tablespoons of oil in the flour and smooth it well. Make small dough of flour and keep the dough on a smooth surface, make the dough a little longer and keep it under the palm on top of the surface.
Spread the padding on the front and make it like a thin band. Now take a bowl of hot oil in the frying pan, when it turns golden brown on both sides, take it out.
Prepare your bubble, serve it with a hot water or chutney.
