Evening Snack: Recipe of Bhel Puri


We all crave for some light evening snack and every human dreams of eating without being fat well; bhel puri can contribute in tummy filling and less calories. You don’t need to depend on street food which is unhygienic but, you can even make this yummy snack at home too!

Winter Snack: Boiled Egg Pakoras


  • 3 cups puffed rice
  • 2 boiled and chopped potatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped and diced tomato
  • ½ bunch of coriander leaves
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • ½ cup sev namkeen
  • 8 poories or papdi (crushed)
  • Mint cutney/sauce to taste
  • Tamarind chutney/sauce to taste
  • ½ lemon

Maize Flour muffins


  • Take a large bowl, assemble all the ingredients together boiled potatoes, chopped onion, diced tomatoes, coriander leaves, lemon juice and crushed papdi/pooris
  • Add mint and tamarind chutney according to your favorable taste
  • Mix all the ingredients well
  • Place the desired quantity in a plate or bowl
  • Garnish Bhel Puri with coriander and sev namkeen

Tip: you can even add Raita Pakori to make your Bhel Puri more crunchy and delicious.
