Dum Aloo Recipe



Tomato- 2 Cups
Garlic – 3 buds
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Whole kashmiri chilli-4

Chocolate Cupcake Recipe

Cashews – 2 Tablespoons
Cumin seeds – 1 spoon
Fennel- 1 Tablespoon
Water – 3 cups

Kasuri Fenugreek – 1 Tablespoon
Honey – 1 spoon
Fresh Cream – 1/4 Cup
Coriander – 1 Tablespoon
Butter-2 tablespoon
Oil – 1 spoon
salt to taste

Method –

First wash and clean the potatoes, then do a small hole in the fork and fry them in hot oil with peel. Then put them on a paper.

To make the gravy, add all the ingredients in the pan and cook on medium flame until the tomatoes are melted.

Then when these ingredients become cold, then put them in blender and make a smooth paste. Now take a pan, heat oil and butter in it, then boil it by adding a prepared paste of cardamom and gravy.

Brinjal Chutney Recipe

When the oil separates from the gravy, add potatoes, kasoori fenugreek, honey and salt to it for a while, on a low flame. Then add cream and coriander in it and serve it.
