New Delhi : Delhi Lt Governor Najeeb Jung on Thursday forwarded Arvind Kejriwal government's complaint to the Anti-Corruption Bureau for initiating a probe against former chief minister Sheila Dikshit. Meanwhile she is allegedly linked in this scam, however now Delhi Police’s Anti-Corruption Branch investigates this scam. According to reports, Sheila Dikshit, a Congress veteran, will now be probed by the ACB in connection with the case.
Delhi Water Minister Kapil Mishra had earlier written a letter to the LG asking him to initiate a CBI probe and file an FIR against Dikshit in connection with the Delhi Jal Board (DJB) water tanker scam. Kejriwal had on Monday demanded registration of a case against Dikshit and for her alleged role in the water tanker scam unearthed in the national capital.
