NEW DELHI: The Delhi government has expanded the retirement period of city government supported organizations specialists to 65 with Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung giving his endorsement in such manner. A senior government official said this is good news for Delhi government's specialists as it will empower the city organization to hold experienced specialists for a more extended period.
"good news for Delhi Govt Doctors. Upgrade of retirement to 65 yrs done (sic)," Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain tweeted. "The Health Department of the legislature had recently sent a proposition to the Lt Governor to look for his endorsement. The LG has given his approval to government's proposition to expand the retirement period of specialists to 65," an administration representative said.
At Delhi government-run healing centers, the retirement time of specialists was 62. There are almost 36 doctor's facilities keep running by Delhi government in the national capital. Another authority said the move will give better administrations in government-run general wellbeing offices, especially to the poorest, who are completely reliant on open facilities.In May this year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had declared raising the time of retirement of government specialists to 65 years
