Delhi Court issues non-bailable warrants against Mallya in line bob case


The Patiala House Court on Saturday issued non-bailable warrants against alcohol nobleman Vijay Mallya in a check bob case.

The court has requested that Mallya be available in the court on November 4. It has additionally solicited the Ministry from External Affairs to send non bailable warrant to Mallya as he is as of now living in London.

The court said, “In spite of rehashed requests, Vijay Mallya hasn’t showed up in the court. Need to find a way to guarantee his appearance in the court. It is inescapable for state apparatus to intercede, guarantee Mallya’s nearness.”
