‘Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in state only to mislead people’, says Nitin Patel


RAJKOT: Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel alleged on Friday that AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal has come to Gujarat to mislead people. He said, Arvind Kejriwal failed to provide good governance in Delhi.

Nitin Patel affirmed that, “AAP ministers must be suspended for their alleged role in various controversies that have even reached the courts that have even pulled up his government several times.”

On Friday, Patel organized two housing scheme project in Rajkot on Friday. One of the project was developed by Housing Board and another developed by Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC). 

Around 1,666 housing unit has been constructed by RMC while 1,688 has been made by Gujarat Housing Board in Rajkot.

Patel asserted that, “The government has issued tenders for Rs 500 crore to fill Aji (1) dam with Narmada water under Saurashtra Naramda Avtaran Yojna (SUANI) in the coming days. He claimed that once this is done, the drinking water problems of Rajkot would be solved permenantly.”

'The work is under progress to widen Morbi-Rajkot highway and making six-lane highway between Ahmedabad-Rajkot,'' Patel said.
