NEW DELHI: Ten individuals purportedly subjected two minors to brutal torment, constrained them to sexually ambush each other, and taped the wrongdoing in west Delhi, following which two denounced have been captured, police said on Sunday. A FIR was held up against 10 people under the Indian Penal Code for unnatural sex and different offenses and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act and two of them captured late Saturday night, Delhi Police Special Commissioner and Chief PRO Dependra Pathak said.
The wrongdoing occurred on October 26 in Rohini yet became known on Saturday when the young men’s families moved toward police after a video film recorded by the charged circulated around the web via web-based networking media. Police said the young men, matured in the vicinity of 13 and 15, are companions and live with their families in Metro Vihar territory in Holambi Kalan. As one of the blamed, Kanwar Singh, associated one with the young men of inclusion in burglary at his home, his men summoned the minor and held him prisoner.
