Gurgaon: Police officials conveyed on Thursday that, a 16-year-old girl was allegedly gangraped by two persons in a flat at South Delhi's Kalkaji area. In Gurgaon the class 10 student of a government school was supposedly held imprisoned in the flat on Saturday and Sunday (6 and 7 August) by indict Karan Singh and Sanjay Kumar who gangraped her, even as two of their associates, Mahesh and Kala, filmed the complete act on mobile phones.
On Monday Praveen Malik, SHO, Badhshahpur police station, where the victim wedged a complaint, conveyed Karan, a native of Palra village, was recognized to her, while Sanjay was a native of Dhani Shkohpur and Mahesh and Kala were populace of Karan's village. According to the victim on Saturday, Karan had picked her up from a Gurgaon bus stand and taken her to Kalkaji temple on his motorcycle. "The victim alleged that after the visit to the temple, Karan took her to a flat in the identical area and afterward, three of his friends united them.
The SHO has also further conveyed that, consequently, while Karan and Sanjay took turns to rape her, Mahesh and Kala video graphed the act. They also threatened her with dire effects if she accounted it to anyone. He alos further conveyed that, the victim was free following being held in custody for two days. On Monday she arrived home at Badshahpur in Gurgaon and described the occurrence to her parents who wedged the police complaint. Malik has also further conveyed that, the victim had originally alleged that Mahesh had raped her as well but afterward, before a magistrate, she indict Karan and Sanjay of rape and Mahesh and Kala of filming the act on mobile phones with the purpose of blackmailing.
Medical examination of the victim has confirmed rape, conveyed the SHO, supplementary that a case under sections 363 (abduction), 365 (abducting with an intent of secretly and wrongfully confining a person), 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC and pertinent sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Posco) Act was lodged next to all the four accused, while Karan and Sanjay were also booked under section 376D (gangrape), IPC. He also further conveyed that, no arrest has been made as the accused are desertion.
