Delhi: 11-yr-old minor girl gang-raped at gunpoint


New Delhi: A shocking incident occurred in wee hours of Wednesday when an 11-yr-old minor girl was allegedly gangraped at gunpoint before her mother and her teenage brotherĀ at their residence in Gwalior, New Delhi.

Police officials conveyed that three accused detained in link with this case. Gwalior’s Bijoli Police Station in-charge Raghuvir Meena conveyed that on Wednesday the minor girl was at home with her mother and her brother when at about 1 am three men suddenly come into their house and two of them threatened to shoot mother and brother while the third sexually assaulted the girl.

The indicted who raped the girl was recognized as Jhanwar Singh Kushwaha (36) and the other two were Raju Kushwaha (25) and Ramniwas Kushwah (24).

All three were lodged under the sections of IPC, counting 376 D (gang rape), 450 (house-trespass in order to commit offence) 506 (criminal intimidation), 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention).
