Date- 200 gms
Milk – half a kilo
Sugar – 100 grams
Country Ghee – 4 Tablespoons
Coconut – 2 tbsp
Almond – one spoon
Cashew nuts – one spoon
Raisins – One spoon
First of all, take dates and remove its seed. Now, grind them in a mixer.
After this, put them in a pan and fry it.
When the dates get fried, add sugar and milk to it and cook it on a low flame.
When the halwa gets thick and starts to leave ghee, add almonds, raisins, cashews and cardamom powder to it.
