100 grams 5 mixed dal (pressure cooker, 3 liters of cake, cooked) (Mixed Lantiles)
1 medium sized finely chopped tomatoes (Tomatoes).
4-5 Curry Leaves.
2 roughly chopped green chillies.
2 dry red chillies.
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (Cumin Seeds).
1 medium sized finely chopped onion.
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon asafoetida.
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Pinch Mustard Seeds
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste (Garlic and Ginger Paste)
According to salt taste (salt)
Heat a big spoon of oil, when the oil becomes hot, then pour mustard seeds in it, when the mustard seed starts stirring, add onion and turmeric powder, garlic and ginger paste and red chilli powder.
Now add tomato, finely chopped green chilli, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and garam masala and mix well.
After cooking these spices for 20-30 seconds, add lentils and pinch of salt and turn off the flame as it is almost ready, get it in a plate or bowl.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, when the oil becomes hot, add pinch of cumin seeds, hard leaves and 2 dry red chillies and pinch of asafoetida, then it is ready.
Take this dip in the dal, then take the restaurant stove dal tadka ready.
