Dadri Kand: Villagers of Bisahada plan Mahapanchayat, Section 144 imposed


Noida: Dadri Kand incident took place on 25th December when a man from Uttar Pradesh was beaten to death because he had stored beef at their home.

The report which was prepared by Gautam Budh Nagar police revealed that it was not meat which was found from the house of Mohammad Akhlaq’s house.

Moreover, the local administration has called for the “Mahapanchayat” in Bisahada village in Dadri sensing the tense atmosphere and section 144  has been imposed in the village.

The police have called for the deployment of additional security forces as the situation has been continuously getting worse.  

The villagers have decided to hold mahapanchayat tomorrow as police have failed to register an FIR based on our complaint.

Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has questioned the authenticity of the forensic reports and said that “there was nothing objectionable in his house”.
