Shocked? But it’s true
A lucky tourist, Nicolas Huskar, spotted a sloth chilling out up a tree and decided to use his selfie stick to get a picture with it.Not only did the sloth seem happy to oblige, he also apparently managed a smile for the camera. The picture has gone voiral over internet with users commenting slangs such as "A slofie", while another declared it as "the only reason one should own a selfie stick".
Sloths are medium-sized arboreal (tree-dwelling) residents of the jungles of Central and South America. They are named after the capital sin of sloth because they seem slow and lazy at first glance. The bulk of their diets consist of buds, tender shoots, and leaves, mainly of Cecropia trees. Some two-toed sloths have been documented as eating insects, small reptiles, and birds as a small supplement to their diets.Sloths are believed to be home to moths, beetles, cockroaches, fungi, and algae. This picture has to be a winner in the best selfie contest? What say?
