Corn – 2 cups (boiled)
Onions – 1/2 cups (chopped)
Gram flour – 1/2 cup
Rice flour – 2 teaspoons
Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 Tablespoon
Chut masala – 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger and Garlic Paste – 1/2 Tablespoons
Pinch of dough
Salt to taste
To make corn pakoda, first mix the water, boiled corn, gram flour, rice masala, turmeric, red chili, ginger and garlic paste in a vessel and mix them well.
Heat the oil in a pan and when the oil becomes hot, add the corn pakoras in it, when the pakoras become light green then take them out of the stomach and serve hot sauce pakodas with sauce or sauce.
