Chinese smartphone maker Coolpad unveiled Note 5 Lite cellphone on Thursday in India. The reports revealed that the smartphone is similar to Coolpad Note 5 which was unveiled in India in September 2016.
The customer can purchase smartphone from e-commerce platform Amazon India from Tuesday, March 21. It has a price tag of Rs. 8,199 and will go on sale in Gold and Grey colour variants.
Coming to its specifications, Coolpad Note 5 smartphone comes with dual-SIM, it runs on Cool UI 8.0, based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It features 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) 2.5D curved glass IPS display that comes with a pixel density of 294ppi.
The smartphone is powered by a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735CP SoC and boasts 3GB of RAM, a Mali 720 GPU. It features 13-megapixel rear camera that boasts dual-LED flash, 8-megapixel front camera with LED flash. It sports fingerprint sensor on the back.
It includes 16GB of inbuilt storage that can be expandable to 64 GB using microSD card and also boasts USB OTG support. Other connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, 3.5mm audio jack, and Micro-USB. Apart from it, the cellphone includes accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor. The smartphone is powered by a 2500mAh battery that lasts up to 200 hours of standby time.
