Colorado: At Least three people died and one wounded in a shooting within Walmart store on Wednesday in suburban Denver, police affirmed.
The cops haven’t disclosed till now that who was behind the attack.
Following the shooting, the cops shared on twitter that nearly two men lost their lives in the shooting and a woman was immediately taken to the hospital to undergo treatment.
“We’ve got multiple parties down, we’re still trying to ascertain what their conditions are,” Officer Victor Avila of the Thornton Police Department stated.
The police stated on Twitter after the attack that the risk of shooting had finished at the store.
“At this time this is NOT an active shooter. Active crime scene. We will update as info becomes available,” the police department stated.
Thornton city involves nearly 120,000 people and it is situated 10 miles (16 km) northeast of downtown Denver.
Avila affirmed cops were being told to come to the store to check out the situation. Later, the shooting had stopped by the time the first officers reached to the spot.
On Twitter, a recording shared on Twitter displayed the Walmart that involves several complex of big-box stores and other retail outlets close to U.S. Interstate 25.
