Chocolate Hazelnut Bars



  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Dark chocolate chopped 1 cup
  • chocolate hazelnut spread ¼
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Biscuits crackers ¼ cup
  • Hazelnuts crushed, ¼ cup + for sprinkling


  1. To prepare ganache, heat cream in a non-stick pan and bring to boil.
  2. Take chocolate in a bowl. Add hot cream and mix till chocolate melts. Add butter and mix well.
  3. Add crushed cracker biscuits and hazelnuts and mix.
  4. Line a barfi tray with a cling film, transfer the chocolate-hazelnut mixture into it, level it out and tap. Refrigerate for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Demould, spread chocolate hazelnut spread and sprinkle remaining hazelnut on top.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.
