Cocoa powder 2 tsp, Mawa- 1 cup, sugar 1/2 cup, Liquid glucose 1 tsp, cardamom powder 1 pinch, dry fruits- for garnish
- To make chocolate barfi first, put a pan over the gas, now it is lost and put in sugar and let it cook on low flame. When it is half cooked, add glucose and cook it for a while.
- When it gets cooked, add cardamom powder to it, then divide it into two halves.
- Now add cocoa powder to one part of it and mix it well. Now, take a tray and grease it with ghee and then grate it well by putting this mixture in it.
- When the mixture gets well frozen then spread the mixture over it. After cooling it, cut it in the shape of your choice equally. Take your chocolate barfi is ready.
