Ingredients :-

Maggie – 1 packet

Cottage cheese – 1 cup (chopped)

Bread Uttapam Recipe

 

Broccoli – 11/2 cup (chopped)

Baby Corn – 1 Cup (Chopped)

Black Pepper Powder – 1 Tablespoon

Capsicum – 1 (chopped)

Salt to taste

Oil – 1 Tablespoon

Soy sauce

Chile and tomato sauce

Method :-

First, put one cup of water, maggi, salt and a little oil in a vessel.

Dry the water by adding it to the sieve after cooking maggi.

Now heat oil in a second vessel and add capsicum, broccoli and baby corn into it for 3-4 minutes.

Now add soy sauce, chili sauce and paneer and cook it. Now add macro and mix it well.

Chilly Paneer Maggi is ready, serve it.
