1 lb. ground chicken
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp. canola oil
4 slices mozzarella
16 slices pepperoni

4 Hamburger buns

In a medium bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Season generously with salt and pepper and mix with spatula until just combined.
Using your hands, form 4 equally sized patties.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add the burgers and cook until golden and cooked through, 5 to 6 minutes per side.
Top each burger with a dollop of RAGÚ Homestyle Thick & Hearty Traditional Sauce, a slice of cheese, and 4 slices pepperoni. Cover pan and let steam until cheese melts, about 2 minutes more.
In a small, microwave-safe bowl, heat remaining tomato sauce. Spread a dollop on each bottom bun followed by cooked burgers, basil, and top buns.
