Ingredients Of Cheese Cake
- 2 egg yolks
- 80 gm fine sugar
- 80 ml water
- 2 Tbsp gelatine
- 400 ml curd
- 1 tsp lemon rind
- 225 gm non dairy cream – sweetened
- 1 sponge cake-any flavor
How to Make Cheese Cake
- In a bowl beat egg yolk and sugar and cook in water bath.
- In another bowl, dissolve gelatine in water and mix it with egg yolk.
- Pour curd into this mixture, add lemon rind and mix well.
- Transfer to a bowl, cool over ice, stirring constantly.
- As soon as the mixture begins to set, fold in the whipped cream.
- Pour the set mixture into a flan ring lined with sponge cake and refrigerate for two hours.
- The cake can be flavored to suit your taste-mango, lemon or orange.
- De-mould onto a serving dish and serve with fruit puree.
