Kashmir: Three Lashkar militants shot dead in Handwara encounter
Kashmir: Nearly three terrorists lost their lives in an overnight clashes that took place in north Kashmir’s Handwara district, the cops affirmed on Monday morning.
“In Unisoo Handwara, all the three militants, it appears that Pakistanis, have been neutralized by the joint team of Jammu and Kashmir Cops, RR and CRPF. It has been drizzling entire night & boys were out there in the cold,” wrote Jammu-Kashmir cop chief SP Vaid.
As per the sources, the investigations are in process and the individuality of the terrorists will be disclosed soon.
In Kashmir, about 200 insurgents have been killed in year 2017.
In 2017, the violence between security forces and militant attacked various top terrorist commanders including Abu Dujana of the Lashkar-e-Taiba head Masood Azhar’s nephew Tallah Rashid, JeM’s Mehmood Bhai, Lashkar-E-Taiba leader Waseem Shah, Hizbul Mujahedeen’s Sabzar Ahmad Bhat.
Heaviest snowfall in Britain in 4 years, airports closed
Country Britain have been facing heaviest snowfall this year. This led to the cancellation of over 300 flights at airport on Sunday. The disruption of flights left several passengers stranded on Sunday in Frankfurt.
The reports revealed that about 330 flights were called off at 1600 GMT following heavy snowfall in Frankfurt on Sunday.
The airport manages about 30,000 passengers and 200 flights every day. It rerouted 11 flights on Sunday and likely to cancel even more, a spokeswoman stated.
London’s Luton Airport shut its runway for two hours ahead of 1130 GMT, spokesman stated.
Natives of Britain witnessed snowfall in central and western regions of Germany. The highest snowfall hit areas were Sennybridge which noted30 cm snowfall whereas Coleshill recorded 10 cm rainfall.
As per the Met Office, London also faced light snowfall of 2 cm on Monday morning. People on board in ferry witnessed high winds in France. They were taken to the safe areas immediately. No casualty has been reported.
Nearly five tug boats were utilized in investigation to clear the vessel. People have been facing shortage of power supply in northern Pas-de-Calais and Nord regions.
On Sunday, two airports were shut down in the French Mediterranean island of Corsica.
Dangal actor Zaira Wasim molested on Vistara flight, 39-year-old man detained
Dangal actor Zaira Wasim was allegedly mistreated on Delhi-Mumbai Vistara flight on board on Sunday. The accused involved in the case has been detained following a huge public protest over the matter.
The culprit has been found as Vikas Sachdev, 39-year-old man, cops affirmed.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Anil Kumbhare stated he will appear in the court today.
The case has been filed against accused Vikas Sachdev under section 354 of Indian Penal Code, and various sections of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO).
Vistara company reported, it has filed a primarily report and sent to the regulator DGCA.
“We are intensely worried and apologize for the unlucky experience Zaira Wasim had faced onboard. We persist to give this matter our highest notice and are giving our full support to all specific officials for the probes underway,” Vistara airline officials said.
Shiv Sena spokesperson Neelam Gorhe stated a criminal offence should be filed against the male traveler and he should be directed to make an apology for the offensive behaviour
Ashish Nehra to comeback to Indian Premier League as mentor
Ex- Indian bowler Ashish Nehra could soon join one of the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise next year. The reports are doing round that the player will guide one of the team in the matches.
