The costs of petrol and diesel rates are modified in India everyday with outcomes from June 15, 2017. The rates that have been written below were appropriate from 6 am today.
Oil marketing companies Hindustan Petroleum, Bharat Petroleum and Indian Oil took decision to change the rates of petrol and diesel ahead of 15th June 2017.
These organizations decided with a plan at improved domestic rates of petrol and diesel consistent with worldwide oil prices.
Before executing the daily revision scheme in India, these three oil marketing companies carried out 40-day analysis in several cities including Puducherry, Jamshedpur, Visakhapatnam, Chandigarh and Udaipur.
Petroleum Minister Pradhan posted on social media, “Proud to share that India is first country to switch to dynamic fuel pricing on such a large scale in one go.”
