Transport Aircraft C-130 to Land on Lucknow-Agra Expressway on Tuesday
New Delhi: A joint exercise is likely to take place between Special Forces commandos and frontline fighters from Indian Air Force (IAF)’s inventory today on the Lucknow-Agra Expressway where C-130 transport aircraft will land.
On Tuesday, a plot of Lucknow-Agra Expressway will get doubled as a bit of government’s decision to classify and create several highways for utilization as runways throughout emergencies.
The joint operation will be conducted on Lucknow-Agra expressway close to Bangarmau in Unnao district, situated in Uttar Pradesh’s capital Lucknow. It will begin with a C-130 Hercules transport aircraft of Indian Air Force reaching to the highway along with Garud commandos.
As per the reports, the fighter jet that will come on the highway will involve three Jaguar fighters, 6 Mirage 2000 fighters.
The occasion is being prearranged by the Indian Air Force as well as the state government.
As per the officials of the Road and Transport Ministry, at least 12 highways have been vacated for same landing operations.
Storm Lan continues to hit Japan, 4 dead
TOKYO: Typhoon Lan hit Japan on Monday due to which four people lost their lives in landslides and flooding. The rescue operators evacuated thousands of people on Monday in Tokyo.
The deadly storm Lan cancelled hundreds of flights and disrupted several train services in Tokyo on Monday.
Several others injured in the calamity and a man was mislaid, reports said. Nearly 130 sustained minor wounds.
In various areas of Japan, Rivers are flowing above the normal level. A container ship carrying 19 crewmembers managed to save their lives on to a harbour wall.
Around 80 000 people were being rescued from the river, NHK stated. As per the reports, around hundred houses in western Japan were swamped.
“My grandchild lives over there. The house is fine, but the area is flooded, and they can’t get out,” a victim stated.
Lan was recorded as category 2 storm when it reached to Tokyo on Monday. Nearly 350 flights were stopped and train services were disrupted in Japan’s Tokyo.
Salman’s film ‘Bharat’ to release in year 2019!
MUMBAI: Actor Salman Khan who was last seen in film ‘Tubelight’, has now signed a new project ‘Bharat’. The latest report about the film revealed that the movie will hit the theatres on the occasion of Eid next to next year.
The movie is bollywood remake of 2014 South Korean film ‘Ode to My Father’. It displayed events including the Hungnam Evacuation all through the 1950 Korean conflict, the government’s verdict to send off nurses and miners to West Germany in the 1960s and the Vietnam War.
Film Bharat revolves around the voyage of a man that begins in 1947 and finishes in 2002.
Agnihotri affirmed, “It’s the journey of a country and also a person, both of whom go by the name of Bharat.”
“That film is just the starting point for us, but since it was an inspiration, we wanted in all fairness to officially own it and acquired the remake rights before going ahead with ‘Bharat’,” he added.
‘Bharat’ film is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. It essays Salman in the role of a protagonist.
The film will hit the theatres in the month of April in year 2018. The shooting of movie has been done in Abu Dhabi, Spain, Punjab and Delhi.

Vodafone India has come into the league of telecom operators Jio and Airtel to offer cheap smartphone. This decision of the company will help to increase its customer base. It has announced a 4G smartphone at a price of just Rs 999.
The company stated today that it has tied up with smartphone maker company Micromax to offer cheap smartphone. This phone will be introduced in the market by ‘India 2 Ultra’ name. As per the reports, it will involve camera, battery and display.
Customers will have to buy the phone firstly at 2,899 rupees and to maintain the service, the customer have to done recharge of 150 rupees for 36 months. Upon completion of the first 18 months, 900 rupees will be refundable in customer’s Vodafone M-Paisa Wallet and Rs. 1,000 thousand will be refundable after the completion of 36 months. Thus, the company has claimed to offer the phone at just Rs 999.
Pro Kabaddi 2017: Puneri Paltan thrashes UP Yoddha by 40-38 in eliminator
New Delhi: Puneri Paltan team on Monday thrashes UP Yoddha team with a 40-38 win first eliminator and ousted Yoddha’s of the Pro Kabaddi League 2017. Puneri Paltan star players Girish Ernak and Deepak Niwas Hooda took to team to the wining point.
Girish scored 7 tackle points and Deepak raid and scored 10 points for the team. UP Yoddha team also performed well but fails to defeat the opponent team. UP Yoddhas Rishank Devadiga scored 15 points for the team but his all efforts gone in vain and their journey came to an end.
UP Yoddha team started good as Nitin Tomar and Rishank Devadiga raid and scored points for the team and led score board by 5-0 following three minutes. Puneri Paltan’s Akshay Jadhav raid and scored points in the same minute.
