Black gram – 1 cup boiled
Gram flour – 1 cup
Onion – cut into 2 pieces
Green Chilli – 2-3 finely chopped
Garam Masala – 1 Tablespoon
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder – half a spoon
Oil to fry
Chut masala – a teaspoon
Add gram flour in a vessel and add water as needed, prepare a thick batter, after which add gram, onion, red chili, powder, green chillies, garam masala and mix well.
Prepare the mixture for making gram pods, now put oil in a pan and keep it warm.
When the oil becomes hot, then break the small pieces of the mixture into it and make it golden and fry until it is contracted.
Similarly, prepare all the pakoras by mixing them, sprinkle hot masala on hot pakodas and eat with chutney and serve them.
