Kabuli gram – 1 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Cumin seeds – half a spoon
Cinnamon- 1 inch piece
Large cardamom – 2
Black Pepper – 6-7
Raisin – 2 teaspoons
Coriander Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder – half a spoon
Red chilli powder – half a spoon
Salt to taste
First of all, clean the whole spices, then heat the oil in a pan and fry them lightly by adding cumin seeds, asafetida and ground spices.
After this add turmeric powder, coriander powder, boiled gram and red chilli powder and mix all the things well.
After this add raisins, curd and salt in it and let them cook well.
Tasty gram is prepared by Madra, serve it with bread or rice.
