Gram dal – 1 cup
Onion – 1
salt to taste
First, soak the dal for two to three hours and boil it after that.
Now heat the ghee in a pan, add ginger and green chillies and cook it for 1 minute.
After this add coriander, red chili, asafoetida, amchoor, salt, garam masala, onion and lentils and mix well.
Note that there should not be water in pulses. In this, fill the green coriander from the top and prepare the stuffing material.
Now add little oil and knead the dough, when the dough becomes soft, break it and fill it with two teaspoons of pulse.
Bake it with light hands and prepare the bread, now heat the frying pan and compress the paratha until it turns golden from both sides.
Serve it with sauce or sauce.
