Paneer – 250 grams
Flour – 2 Tablespoons
Condensed Milk – 100g
Sugar – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Yellow color – 2-3 drops
Cardamom powder – 1 quart spoon
Saffron – 2 pinch
Put sugar and water in a vessel and boil it on a medium flame until it becomes syrup.
Mix the paneer and flour into another vessel properly.
Cut out the flour and paneer mixture in oval shapes.
Add them in a prepared syrup and boil for 8 minutes.
Now add two yellow color drops in the syrup so that these sweets get color.
Keep this mixture aside so that it gets cool down. When it cools down, remove Cham Cham in a plate.
Add Condensed Milk in a vessel and mix saffron, cardamom powder in it properly.
Sprinkle this solution on Cham Cham.
