New Delhi : CBI has enrolled an aggregate of 53 cases identified with the coal trick in which pieces were purportedly conveyed infringing upon strategies with the test in 33 cases as yet pending, Lok Sabha was educated today.
The organization had enrolled three preparatory request in the matter covering assignments amid 2006-09, amid 1993-2005 and through Government agreement course, Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Jitendra Singh said.
Because of an inquiry, Singh said all the preparatory request have been finished up.
He said the organization has enrolled 33 bodies of evidence against 34 organizations emerging from PE investigating claims of abnormalities in the distributions of coal squares amid 2006-09 to 168 organizations.
"Field examination in every one of these cases has been finished up. Last reports in 16 cases have been recorded. 17 cases are pending at various levels of examination," he said giving subtle elements of the principal PE.
Giving subtle elements of second PE covering 43 coal square portions amid 1993-2005, the Minister said CBI has enrolled 14 cases in which last reports (charge sheets or conclusion reports) have been documented in three cases while remaining cases are pending at various levels.
From the third preparatory enquiry investigating charges of anomalies in assignment of 101 coal obstructs through government regulation course, CBI has enrolled six cases out of which last report has been recorded in one case while five are pending, the priest said.
"A group comprising of three DIGs, five SPs and various ASPs/DSPs/Inspectors (exploring officers) has been framed for speedy finish of coal trick examination," he said.
The Minister said no move has been made against any officer in regards to forsakenness of obligation regarding any postponement in examination of coal cases.
