New Delhi : On Friday, The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) filed chargesheets in connection with disproportionate assets case (DA) in CBI court. The court mentioned names of Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Vir Bhadra Singh and his wife in the case.
The Delhi Court likewise abandoned Himachal Pradesh court arrange limiting CBI from capturing, cross examining or recording charge sheet against Virbhadra Singh and his better half for the situation.
“The writ appeal to is expelled. Stay is abandoned,” the Delhi court said in the matter.
A year ago in August, the CBI had told the Delhi High Court that its examination in a lopsided resources (DA) body of evidence against Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh and others was “finished” and it needed to document the charge sheet in the matter.
