Ingredients Of Capsicum Masala

  • 1 cup of diced green capsicum and red and yellow bell peppers
  • 1 tomato (pureed)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 onion (chopped finely)
  • 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 3 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 Tbsp peanuts
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Capsicum Masala

  1. Cook the peanuts and sesame seeds. Crush to make a fine glue. Keep it aside.

    Sauté diced chime peppers, onion and expel to keep aside.

    In a similar dish, include finely hacked onions. Sauté well till brilliant dark colored.

    Include ginger garlic glue and tomato puree. Blend well.

    Include red bean stew powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt to taste.

    Presently include sesame and shelled nut glue.

    Add a little water to make semi fluid sauce.

    Keep it on moderate fire for 5 min, till the oil overflows out from the sauce.

    At long last include sautéed diced capsicum, ringer peppers and onion and keep it on fire for 5 minutes.

    Embellishment with slashed coriander and serve hot with steamed rice or Indian breads.
