BSNL has announced that it will soon cost per GB download for customers effectively translates into less than 1 again if they have access to data in a month 300GB, will launch a promotional unlimited wire line broadband plan.
The plan "Unlimited BB 249" and be available to consumers is September 9th. BSNL 300 GB with a huge FUP will offer a 2 Mbps downlink speed. It makes less than 1 per GB cost of Internet.
“BSNL broadband service plans for both wireline broadband services to enhance the customer experience and attract new users, “the corporation's chairman and managing director Anupam Srivastava said in a statement.
BSNL said that if customers use the plan continuously in a month, they can download up to 300 GB data by paying Rs 249. “Hence, per GB data download cost comes out to be less than Re 1 per GB. After six months, customer will be migrated to one of the regular broadband plans based on the choice of the customer,” BSNL said.
