Slice bread – 4-6
Semolina – 5 teaspoons
Flour – 5 spoons
Curd – 1/4 spoon
Cumin seeds – 1/4 teaspoon
Green Chillies – 1
Salt 1 teaspoon
Ginger finely chopped 2 teaspoons
Green Coriander Finely Chopped 2 Tablespoons
Capsicum finely chopped 1/4 cup
Tomato finely chopped 1/4 cup
Oil 1 or 2 teaspoons
First, cut the edges of the bread with a knife to make bread utopam and cut it apart.
Now add blender and mix bread, semolina, flour, salt, curd and water and make smooth paste.
Now remove this paste in the vessel and mix it by adding cumin, capsicum, tomatoes, ginger, green chilies and green coriander.
Keep in mind that the paste is neither too thin nor too thick. After preparing the paste, add a little oil in a non stick pan and grease it and if it is not non stick pan then the dosa can also take a pan.
Now pour the bread bread in the pan and spread it in the round. Put oil around Utpam and keep it slower till it becomes crispy.
When it turns golden brown from both sides, take it out. The bread is ready to make Utpamam, serve it with a sweet or green cheesnut sauce.
