Bread – 10 slices
Curd – 1 cup
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tablespoon
Cumin seeds – 1 spoon
Green Chillies – 1 Cut
Link leaves – 3,4
Ginger – 1 teaspoon worn
Onion – 1/2 cup chopped
Oil – 2 teaspoons
Salt to taste
First, add curd, turmeric and salt to a vessel and mix two tablespoons of water and mix well.
Mix the pieces of bread in a mixture of yogurt thoroughly, then heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
After this, add green chilli, straw leaf and ginger, fry it, then add onion in it.
When the onion becomes golden, then add a mixture of bread in it and squeeze until it becomes light brown.
Bread is prepared by Bhurjee, decorate it with green coriander and serve it.
